∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD Supply Chain will get preferred
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Decision making, Leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To source business partners who will confirm on time product and services for P2P business like; Real Estate, Construction, Machineries & Equipment management, Furniture and Building Accessories.
∎ To forecast market need and to prepare yearly Supply Chain budget and to maintain business center wise cost aiming to profitability and financial stability
∎ To lead P2P Supply chain operations through maintaining professional relationship with the national and international business partners, development agencies, franchise and vendors.
∎ Develop sourcing strategy for all the P2P brands in alignment of sales & marketing plans and to direct the logistics, storage and processing of inventory
∎ To develop supply chain model, policies & functional strategies, and to evaluate performance data to ensure productivity, accuracy, quality and safety of operations
∎ Reporting on Supply Chain performance to the Management, by fortnightly & monthly
∎ Strictly follow up and evaluate team performance, to encourage and train team taking higher responsibilities and to perform towards Excellence
∎ Maintaining a sustainable professional relationship at different levels of existing and new franchises, construction & development partners, suppliers, vendors, freight & forwarding agents, bankers and other agencies; in home and abroad
∎ Keeping up liaison with all Regional Govt. Officials, Export-Import Officials, Corporate Executives and Businessman for running the business efficiently

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience as Head of Supply Chain

Salary: Negotiable
