Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters / from any University preferably on Supply Chain Management with special emphasis on international sourcing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality assurance and control systems are implemented, maintained and improved in order to assure the quality of products as per clients' standards and requirements.
∎ Take appropriate action to ensure that required quality standards are maintained through the process to prevent the recurrence of similar issues
∎ Set appropriate quality standards and tolerances (within acceptable limits) with regards to raw material and production quality so as to exceed customer expectations in the most effective manner
∎ Communicate all quality-related decisions and issues effectively to all relevant internal and external parties, (customers and suppliers) to assure the consistency of standards, and providing quality related information to the required persons and the management to facilitate decision making
∎ Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) tool is in place & working
∎ Ensure preparing all types of imports/ Exports and Imports/Exports L/C activities documents
∎ Verification of Customers LC as per Purchase Order terms, document preparation, including rising of Promissory Notes as per LC Terms
∎ Supervise inline quality & quantity check as per production order
∎ Recommend and take corrective actions against deviations and follow up accordingly
∎ Monitor random inspection at final stage
∎ Management of client/buyer in case of any non-conforming products.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.
∎ Proper product distribution to other branches as per branch requirements.
∎ Keep proper report for product purchase order and product delivery.
∎ Make monthly report for product stock in branch offices and warehouses.
∎ Ensure to Perform regarding all banking works and documentations
∎ Create and implement policy and SOPs.
∎ Maintain procurement Plan in conformity with material wise estimated cost and budget
∎ Guide supply chain Team.
∎ Ensure necessary training program for the team.
∎ Manage relationships to success the overall purchasing strategy.
∎ New responsive supplier sourcing, Quotation collection and price negotiation with suppliers.
∎ Prepare Comparative statement and submit to Management
∎ Market prediction and product availability analysis
∎ Overall coordination with management and other dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 minimum year(s) in supply chain department
∎ At Least 3 years' experiences in managerial position in supply chain department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Inventory/ warehouse and supply chain.
∎ Problem solving and decision making capabilities.
∎ Recognized as a risk taker and achiever
∎ A Visionary & Doer : Capable of creating vision and getting things done
∎ Thoroughly understands Group's supply chains and business processes
∎ Ability to manage the Change Management process in the organization.
