Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters major in supply chain/ any other discipline from any reputed public/ private Institution.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution, Foreign procurement, Local Procurement, Logistics Management, Raw material planning, Store Inventory and Control, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead to fulfill demand forecast raised by Cross-functional dept. and create supply plans that ensure the availability of materials/products.
∎ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
∎ Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
∎ Develop and implement new or improved supply chain policies and processes supporting business goals and in line with industry best practices and maintaining compliance.
∎ Design or implement a supply chain strategy that supports business strategies adapted to the changing market conditions, new business opportunities or cost reduction strategies.
∎ Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, winning through customers, respect for each other, and Process Improvement.
∎ Strengthening the SOP governance process and demand planning redesign and execution.
∎ Identify the process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Lead by data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends and forecast inventory and distribution requirements
∎ Ensure that all innovation projects are hitting the market as per agreed timeline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 12 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years in similar role with renowned manufacturing (FMCG) organization.
∎ Must have good problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and Team Leading ability
∎ A strategic and analytical mind
∎ Working experience of relevant software (SAP, ERP, Oracle)
