Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring high-quality customer support services are provided to customers. This includes handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing technical assistance to resolve issues with electronic products.
∎ Developing and implementing service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, increase service efficiency, and drive revenue growth through service offerings such as maintenance contracts, extended warranties, and value-added services.
∎ Overseeing service operations, including service centers, repair facilities, spare parts inventory management and field service operations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
∎ Implementing quality control measures to ensure that service standards meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes monitoring service performance, analyzing service data, and implementing improvements as needed.
∎ Leading and managing a team of service technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver excellent service to customers.
∎ Working closely with other departments such as product development, sales, and marketing to provide feedback on product performance, identify recurring issues, and improve overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
∎ Identifying opportunities for innovation in service delivery, such as implementing new technologies like remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, or self-service portals to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, warranty policies, and service level agreements to protect the company's interests and maintain customer trust.
∎ 1. Customer Support:
