∎ Sales Management through healthy distribution/dealer policy.
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goal.
∎ Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, distributors and industry partner.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the executive team.

∎ The Head of Sales & Marketing for Automotive Lubricants will lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share. This role requires a deep understanding of the dealer managed market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing sales teams and marketing campaigns.
