∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers,
∎ To collect sufficient data for market analysis, assessment of market size, market mapping, and project forecasting.
∎ Prepare plan, cost estimate, proposal, project work schedule and BOQ
∎ Develop, implement and review sales and marketing strategies for prefabricated steel structure products.
∎ To specify market requirements by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and competitor.
∎ To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales queries.
∎ To administer the preparation of quotations, negotiating and closing sales support services.
∎ Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
∎ Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation by supporting marketing activities (attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events and so on)
∎ To provide support and coaching to new team members and liaise with the rest of the team on a day to day basis to obtain all new sales leads.
∎ Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, vendors, sales team and other technical experts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08 years' experience in the field of pre-fabricated steel structure products
∎ Relevant product and industry knowledge.
∎ Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels
∎ Confident interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely
∎ Must have good expertise in MS Office.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
