Job Context:
∎ Organic Nutrition Limited, Bangladesh is a specialized organization dedicated for research, formulation, processing and marketing of organic functional food/health food in Bangladesh and global market. Its production facilities are USDA organic, Codex GMP, ISO22000 certified and US-FDA registered.
∎ We are looking for a Sales & Marketing expert who is proficient to develop and capture the market and will achieve the company goals.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka Corporate House but frequent field visit all over the Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building relationship with valued Physicians, nutritionists & other relevant professionals and customers.
∎ Formulate the realistic sales budget, strategies & planning along with effective short term & long-term action plan.
∎ Monitoring & supervising company sales team.
∎ Ability to strong leadership and motivate the sales team.
∎ Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.
∎ Manage to achieve sales and prescription target.
∎ Should have ability to handle diversified multi category products mix.
∎ Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
∎ Reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) through evaluating outcomes.
∎ Promote new products to the targeted outlets and generate demands through new coverage.
∎ Frequent field visit & develop relationship with health care professionals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 12 years in similar industry with at least 3 years of experience in similar post.
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in higher level position preferably any reputed Nutritional /Pharmaceutical industry.
∎ Team Builder & Good networking ability
∎ Good Knowledge about nutritional/pharmaceuticals markets.
∎ Good contact with health care professionals & other customers.
