Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with the Head of Marketing and marketing & Sales team to support programs and initiatives with specific focus on adding value in the long term.
∎ Define measurable goals that develop and enhance processes, systems and practices.
∎ Create and communicate a vision for the future of the business opportunities.
∎ Working with stakeholders externally to enhance the brand. Working with the PR agency, with the ad agency to enhance brand and communication strategies.
∎ Monitor marketplace trends and changes so that the company may remain able to response to any challenge that may be presented.
∎ Managing and coordinating on ground marketing initiatives, might include visiting to Doctors, Hospitals and Clinic often to collect survey information, feedback etc.
∎ Set targets for annual growth and prepare sales activity plans accordingly geared towards a profitable & sustained growth.
∎ Analyze the different market sectors and trends within the competitors, determine their impact on the business, design and execute the most appropriate market approach strategy.
∎ Maximize on market opportunities, creative value proposition, and adapt innovative market entry.
∎ Secure all essential relationships with Alliances and strategic partners for the long-term growth.
∎ Foster an achievement-oriented culture based on continuous learning principles where employees are motivated and rewarded for both individual and team contributions.
∎ Manage the business for profitable growth and implement recognized business planning methodologies, annual budgets and performance reporting based on key performance indicators to ensure a profitable ROI.
∎ Establish quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards/benchmarks and achieve compliance thereof.
∎ Oversee adherence to the quality system that ensures product and service quality.
∎ Implement performance-based reward system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of working experience in Marketing and Sales. At least five years in Hospital Sales and Marketing.
∎ Knowledge: Professional Communication knowledge in English and Bangladesh
∎ Competencies: Teamwork, Communication, Moving Forward in Changing Environment.
