Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced Plant In-Charge to oversee our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The Plant In-Charge will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of pharmaceutical products while maintaining regulatory compliance, quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
∎ Main Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and optimize all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
∎ Ensure production processes are executed efficiently, meeting production targets while upholding product quality and safety.
∎ Ensure the plant operates in strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
∎ Lead regulatory inspections and audits, addressing any compliance issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the plant.
∎ Develop and enforce safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and environmental compliance measures.
∎ Lead and manage the plant's human resources, including hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
∎ Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency improvement.
∎ Develop and manage the plant's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Monitor expenses, minimize waste, and implement cost-saving measures.
∎ Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand while effectively managing inventory levels.
∎ Foster open communication and collaboration with various departments, including R&D, Quality Control, Engineering, PMD and Supply Chain.
