Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering with MBA from BUET, RUET, KUET, CUET, DUET & any other reputed public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cement industry, Civil Construction, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Plant Management, Plant Operation, project coordination, Real Estate Development, Sales & Marketing
Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application from the only eligible who has experienced with a similar job (Ready Mix Concrete) in a similar industry minimum of 10 to 15 years.
∎ This is a full-time permanent position and demands the following preference for an eligible incumbent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise factory manager and ensure that factory targets are met.
∎ Ensure all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
∎ Develop innovative strategies to stem line factory operations.
∎ Screening recruiting and training new factory workers.
∎ Collaborating with quality control to establish and execute quality control products.
∎ Ensure factory machinery in good working order. analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Inspect finished products to determine if they meet established quality standards.
∎ Responsible to handle Plant operation as per Production Budget.
∎ To follow up with the RMC sales team.
∎ Search & collect raw materials for smooth production.
∎ Ensure timely production of quality concrete as per the specification of the customers & its delivery.
∎ Possess general knowledge of construction and a solid understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities.
∎ Ensure the regular & preventive maintenance of the plant & equipment.
∎ Ensure statutory compliance & maintain excellent relationships with Local Stakeholders and Govt. office.
∎ Ensure operations with application process and procedures.
∎ Cost Optimization through effective deployment of resources.
∎ Perform special assignments from Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Vast knowledge about mix design & compressive strength of concrete, slump & segregation.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.
