Job Context:
∎ The position is responsible to Manage and Conceptualize the strategies to grow the business, Lead and oversee the implementation of the Company`s long and short term plans in accordance with its strategy and overall operations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure execution of the dredging, construction & excavation works as per schedule.
∎ Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ Maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
∎ Ensure that all indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.
∎ Ensure that all logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available on-demand at site
∎ Preparing construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.
∎ Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in the most cost-effective way.
∎ Always to be vigilant that each and every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements shall immediately inform that to the site in charge.
∎ Checking the bill of the contractors & ensure payment accordingly.
∎ Ensuring the safety and security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ Managing Civil Construction Project of Large Magnitude

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 Years of relevant dredging experience in any reputed Real Estate/ Group of Company.
∎ Good command over computer, specially in Auto CAD, MS Office / Internet & Email systems
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
