Commercial, International Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities across supply chain operations
∎ Act as a key liaison with clients on procurement, fulfillment, logistics, and freight related issues
∎ Coordinate with local and international purchase team
∎ Ability to understand commercial functions such as - customs clearance, bond license, logistics
∎ Lead the identification of continuous improvement processes and ensure timely implementation
∎ Proactively lead and empower the supply chain operations managers to encourage operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
∎ Oversee and work toward improvement of transportation system
∎ Ensure proper communications with clients, vendors, and principal recipients
∎ Oversee and work toward improvement of freight forwarders contracting and performance
∎ Ensure improvement of supplier performance
∎ Provide regular progress and status reports to the Management
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise in MS office & computer works
∎ Very good communication skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Well-organized and co-operative
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic
∎ Self-motivated and committed
∎ Honest and sincere
∎ Ability to manage all procurement bottle neck with proactive approach
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure and meet the deadline
