∎ Skills Required: Business Development, Leadership, Process Development, Project Management/ Co-ordinator, Team management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Airlines Cargo GSA or Freight Forwarding Company, Aviation Industry Preferable, Logistic Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the ERP implementation across Freight cluster.
∎ Set SOP for Key account customers for their shipment execution and ensure its proper implementation.
∎ Implement automation of work process to optimize time and workload and ensure more paperless job.
∎ Prioritize customer demand level and align CS team to serve in rightful and collaborative manner.
∎ Manage sales pipeline for import.
∎ Train resources and make perfect team.
∎ Initiate Micro and Macro level synchronized workflow and process Improvement.
∎ Manage best benefits from agents and vendors.
∎ Ensure Vertical development.
∎ Responsible for P&L of Import division.
∎ Report to COO group cluster.
