Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or MBA in Human Resources Management from any reputed university.
∎ No 3rd class/Division is allowed
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HR & Training, Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide day to day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, security, transport, office maintenance, utilities etc.
∎ To provide leadership for HR management related learning and development
∎ To conduct employee engagement program to establish a strong culture in the organization
∎ To manage general HR practices such as recruitment, staffing, succession planning, performance management evaluation, leave management, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration.
∎ To manage employee relations, conflict resolution, employee welfare services and counseling
∎ To ensure proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents
∎ To carry out the quarterly/half yearly/ annual performance appraisal process in an efficient manner and developing the skills of leadership.
∎ To monitor departmental manpower allocation and ensure employee productivity by conducting job analysis/ job evaluation.
∎ To manage and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings
∎ To maintain liaison & public relations with IDRA, BIA, local administration & relevant Regulatory Authorities
∎ To ensure safety, security and safeguarding protocols across the organization security for men, materials and assets of the company
∎ To manage administrative budgets, manpower recruitment planning and monitor overall relevant costs.
∎ To provide timely and regular reports to the management to keep them updated
∎ To ensure administering of company's service rules, policies and disciplines at head office and branches
∎ To ensure security of the men, materials & assets of the company located at head office & branches and submit recommendations to the top management for development of the same
∎ To take initiative to train manpower and proper placing of manpower.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven problem solver and prompt in action, Good Administrative ability, demonstrated proficiency in acceptance-based risk mitigation strategies with multi-stakeholder management.
∎ Computer Skill.
∎ Ability to Work Independently & to Work Under Pressure
∎ Proactive, Good Team Player, Task-Oriented and able to lead and coordinate different team members efficiently.
∎ Smart, energetic, hard-working, honest, well-mannered and intelligent
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must have good communication (writing & speaking) skill in both English & Bengali
∎ Excellent convincing & negotiation skill
