Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in student enrollment, preferably within higher education.
∎ Experience of working in CRM & Data Analysis Skill.
∎ Alternatively, a strong background in marketing leadership within a multinational organization.
∎ Proven track record in leading teams and driving performance toward achieving ambitious enrollment targets.
∎ Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
∎ A visionary outlook with a deep understanding of student recruitment strategies and best practices.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide strategic and operational leadership for all enrollment activities, ensuring the achievement of targeted student intake goals.
∎ Build and lead enrollment teams, fostering a premium ethos in positioning UCB’s programs to key target markets.
∎ Develop and execute the Annual Enrollment Plan in alignment with UCB’s overall business strategy.
∎ Craft and implement compelling communication strategies to effectively reach and convert prospects from diverse markets.
∎ Drive initiatives to build and nurture strong networks with schools, student communities, school heads, senior counselors, recruitment agencies, and other key stakeholders.
∎ Demonstrate expertise in database management and enrollment planning to support targeted recruitment efforts.
∎ Lead school-level admissions sessions and workshops to promote UCB’s offerings.
∎ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and deliver joint campaigns that maximize outreach and engagement.
∎ Major Responsibilities:
