Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged), Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper functioning of all machinery and equipment to achieve yearly production & supply target.
∎ Prepare annual master maintenance schedule of production & service machinery ensuring smooth production process.
∎ Develop a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule and ensure it is carried out properly.
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment in collaboration will all relevant parties (from drawing up the specification to managing suppliers until full installation)
∎ Ensure smooth operation of and fine tune condition of all factory machinery, especially VOLPAK/ OMAG, HVAC systems, etc.
∎ Identify the fast moving and critical spare parts of all machinery and equipment, and ensure the availability of sufficient stock.
∎ Schedule both internal and external maintenance works reducing unplanned downtime.
∎ Maintain all the documents to face ISO, DGDA or any audit purpose.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Should have at least 04 years experience in Managerial role
∎ Excellent Communication skills (English & Bangla)
∎ Problem solving, planning, decision making skills
∎ Good understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP), Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing
∎ Requirements may be slightly relaxed for highly deserving candidates
Salary: Negotiable
