∎ PMP Certification will get preference.
∎ Previous experience on high-rise building with basement construction.
∎ Good knowledge on construction materials and finishing materials for the small to large scale project.
∎ Strong Managerial & Leadership Quality.
∎ Must comply with a work deadline.
∎ The position will require frequent mobility and travel to different cities.
∎ Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing duty as Head of the Department (HOD) & will be responsible for overall management of ongoing projects.
∎ Follow up the total operations of construction projects & ensuring them to be completed within approved budget.
∎ Confirming the compliances of all construction activities with all legal issues, risk mitigation, safety protocols etc.
∎ Prepare & implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) align with group’s guideline for the regular activities of all projects.
∎ Responsible for quality assurance and top supervision for the construction projects.
∎ Co-ordination with consultant, contractor and different stakeholder’s of the project as client’s representative for smooth operation & completion of the project.
∎ Liaising, reporting & updating the management by providing necessary data, information, and decision-oriented issues of the respective project.
∎ Proper co-ordination for different maintenance works at factory, commercial & residential structures.
∎ Finalization of the tender invitation, RFQ, vendor selection, work order approval etc. relevant document.
∎ Final approval of work specifications, BOQ’s, contractor & consultant’s Payment etc. from the Engineering Dept. and timely place it to management for necessary approval.
∎ Preparing project budgets and resources, monitoring and ensuring financial stewardship and accountability.
∎ Establishing metrics and systems to monitor project performance, conducting evaluations, and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
∎ Providing technical support to the different business wings of the group for necessary development, estimation & onsite activities.
