∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Installation/ Erection, Planning and monitoring, Team building and leading
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Engineering, Head of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and implement best practice engineering policies, processes and procedures to meet business objectives and operational needs.
∎ Communication & coordination with higher authority, consultant & other agencies, engineers, utility companies, architects & other party to achieve company's goals.
∎ Leading & developments of good team members by motivate, coach, mentor, support & supervise to take positive, active, high productivity & accountability for their assigned work.
∎ Oversee troubleshooting overhauling, ensuring the effective (Quality and Cost-effectiveness) solution on time.
∎ Cost and waste reduction in the factory.
∎ Co-ordination with Compliance team to achieve certification from approved concern
∎ Ensure and implement preventive / Protective maintenance schedule for all equipment's and machineries to improve the efficiency and reduce costs.
∎ Analyze the root causes of breakdown for machineries and provide affective solution on the spot for the team to make the things happen on time.
∎ Take affective initiative to reduce the time for proper maintenance in case of any breakdown, installation new machinery & commissioning (if any), fabrication works required to accessories.
∎ Provide safety counseling and awareness to all staffs & employees and monitor its effectivity & ensure overall safety in maintenance work through reducing loss time accident (LTA) & first aid case. To plan erection/installation work of above stated new machinery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 3 years experience required as Head of Department in any reputed industry.

∎ Negotiable
