Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ Must have clear knowledge on variables in international standard of EM (Electro-Mechanical) Dept.
∎ Good at communicating (written and oral) both English and Bengali.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sub-Station Operation, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance (including estimation and design-drawing)
∎ HVAC system: Preparing BOQ, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance (Chiller System: Water & Air Cooled ,VRF, Split type) with Design and Drawing.
∎ Generator Operation, Maintenance and Installation.
∎ Sound knowledge over BBT with Design and Drawing.
∎ Dry/Oil type Transformer
∎ Lift Operation & Maintenance
∎ Design and Drawing on FDB & SDB also have to experience on Maintenance.
∎ Firm knowledge of High/Low voltage Circuit Breakers, MC, Automation and other protection system.
∎ Firefighting system.
∎ PA System.
∎ BEMS system operation with Design and Drawing
∎ Preparation of Electrical billing system of a running project both DPDC & Generator System.
∎ Maintaining the team work between the electricians, generator operators & lift operators.
∎ Should have a sound knowledge of preparing work report, BOQ, work schedule and project planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in operating all kinds of Office software and drawing software.
∎ Proficient in current construction organization design, construction specification, and Acceptance specification.
∎ Candidates with experience in Real Estate Industry will be given preference.
∎ Valid Membership in IEB & RAJUK Enlisting is preferable.
∎ Excellent in AutoCAD
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
