Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing e-commerce site from build to implementation and beyond, proposing further developments and upgrades of e-commerce sites.
∎ Responsible for managing the merchandising of the sites, tracking and responding to online sales progress, product availability and margins to maximize sales growth and profitability.
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
∎ Undertaking sales and traffic analysis to proactively identifying incremental sales and profit opportunities for ecommerce site.
∎ Ensure operations are prepared for order management during campaigns and peak sales seasons.
∎ Have to co-ordinate with the digital marketing team regarding off line and online Campaign.
∎ Co-ordinate with design team to make sure quality and creative design, work with content management to make quality content of product.
∎ Prepare promotional and sales plan on monthly, quarterly, yearly with proper budget allocation.
∎ Make plan for group products how increase sales through online/E-commerce as well create more awareness branding.
∎ Oversee order processing, picking, packing, and logistics operations and teams.
∎ Ensure strategies to manage order backlogs and handle fulfillment challenges.
∎ Responsible for warehouse inventory management and ensure receiving as per targets
∎ Maintaining high level financial awareness at all times, including Client forecasting, helping with cash flow, ensuring maximum client profitability and effective management of the business unit's profit and loss account.
∎ Managing a team of account managers and e-commerce executives ensuring acceptable workload for each team member and maintaining motivation and dedication at all times.
∎ Attending weekly/monthly Client meetings with account managers where necessary to provide support as well as proactive input
∎ Reporting to the management on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, providing accurate information on client activity and profitability on a quarterly level as well as discussing problems / opportunities in existence.
∎ Maintaining relations with Payment Gateway Partner (PGP) Baksh, Nagad, Visa, Mastercard, Amex & other payment methods
∎ Have to work with IT and support team regarding user interface and some other back-end issues, new business requirement's, day to day update of platform new features.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very good in Business & Competitor analysis
∎ Applicant should be dynamic, self-motivated and organized with a positive attitude
∎ Well-groomed and well mannered
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill within shortest possible time
∎ Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Well conversant in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication
