∎ MBA in Marketing from IBA, Dhaka University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Face-to-Face Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading and managing a team ensuring they work efficiently and proactively with customer satisfaction and teamwork at the forefront of their minds
∎ Managing relationships with clients to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
∎ Ensuring the team are the first point of contact for customers for all customer service issues and advice
∎ Developing technical knowledge of the specification and design and build quality
∎ Maintaining all customer correspondence up to date and provide update reports to Management.
∎ Accountable for ensuring full regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
∎ Handling complaints and queries from customers.
∎ Handle face-to-face enquiries from customers.
∎ Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been passed on by customer service assistants
∎ Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
∎ Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization and the department
∎ Ensure all staffs are well trained to deliver a high standard of customer service
∎ Learn about the organization's products or services and keeping up to date with changes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge in Customer Service related to Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.
∎ Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
∎ Excellent communication skills – liaise with a wide variety of contacts, clear and confident approach
∎ Team leader – able to build relationships, motivate team members, lead by example, delegate effectively
∎ Co-operative and helpful attitude, great presentation skills, naturally persuasive
