Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone, Land, Land and Legal, Land Documents, Land issue handling, Land Law, Land Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Self-motivated and always looking for work. Opportunities to volunteer.
∎ Handing over the sold plots to the customers
∎ Resolve customer complains
∎ Attend clients physically and over the phone calls
∎ Collection of monthly installments
∎ Motivate the customers to pay on time
∎ Answer clients queries
∎ Credit realization
∎ Drafting various letters, congratulation letter, invitation letter, etc
∎ Good knowledge of computer
∎ Receive all documents and dispatch them properly.
∎ Keep all records in the file. Document control.
∎ Prepare Monthly Reports and Summary Reports and make recommendations as required.
∎ The incumbent will report to the Chairman directly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of computer
