Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public/Private University (Preferred from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, DUET, AUST)

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and Lead the team of customer service to meet the satisfaction of customers and landowners as per company policy through level best services.
∎ Coordinating and monitoring the work program of different projects of engineering department to ensure the quality as per company standard & joint venture agreement.
∎ Policy & strategy development to complete and monitoring the landowners and customers choice with satisfaction.
∎ Supervision and development of quality work as per company policy and standard with optimum quality and budget.
∎ Understanding all drawings, designs & specifications according to project standards and joint venture agreement.
∎ Co-ordinate with Engineering Department for project work regarding Quality and intime handover.
∎ Co-ordinate with procurement Department for smoothly supply of materials.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward landowners and customers as well.
∎ Ensure smooth cooperation between customer and other team members through effective communication.
∎ Ensure and manage team members project visit calendar and progress of the work.
∎ Ensure proper accounts of modification, utility cost etc. and ensure proper settlement with customers and landowners.
∎ Arrange pre-handover meeting at the finishing project with handover committee, clients and landowners
∎ Take necessary steps and arrange the Project handover ceremony.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Must be proactive & need good communication skills.
∎ Require strong skill leadership focus to resolving both customer and team member concern issues.
∎ Team leader must have accountable for their actions as well as for active of his team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Must have 8 to 10-year(s) working experiences as Team Leader/Head of the Department in Customer Care of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.
∎ AutoCAD & Estimation knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal, in English).
∎ Should be Hardworking, Self-motivated & self-driven.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about Real Estate Business.
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory.
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure.
∎ Well organized & disciplined.
∎ Responsible and professional with a strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
