∎ Graduate in civil engineering from BUET/ CUET/ RUET/ KUET with minimum 15 years of experience with 3 years as head of operational activities.
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction

Construction Building, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure planning, scheduling & monitoring projects with an eye for a quality assurance and on time delivery.
∎ Look after execution of projects and progress monitoring.
∎ Preparation of the Projects Schedule.
∎ To review the project plans & specifications and comments on the building design.
∎ Scheduling, possible cost savings measures and potential construction problems.
∎ To assist estimator in preparation of project budget.
∎ Preparation the general conditions of monthly budget.
∎ To assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements.
∎ Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with Consultant/ Clients as well as effectively lead the Project execution.
∎ Raise & discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings, Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
∎ Inform the Consultant/Clients of any errors, discrepancies or missions contained within the Consultant/In-house design drawings.
∎ Monitor Safety & ensure that the requirement of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
∎ Maintain control and enforce good construction standard and quality control.
∎ Control and monitor labor, materials and equipment expenses.
∎ Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.
