Responsibilities & Context
Branch Operations & Leadership: Oversee daily branch operations, supervise the sales team, ensure workplace discipline and maintain company standards for efficient branch management.
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute effective sales plans, achieve monthly sales targets and drive sales across all product categories through showroom retail, corporate sales, B2B and customer referrals.
Team Management & Performance Monitoring: Lead, motivate and evaluate team members, assign responsibilities, monitor individual performance and ensure achievement of branch sales targets and business objectives.
Customer Relationship & Business Development: Build strong customer relationships, develop corporate and B2B opportunities, reactivate existing customers, generate new leads and improve customer retention and repeat sales.
Financial Control, Collection & Reporting: Monitor cash and hire purchase sales, installment collections, outstanding dues, inventory movement and daily business reports. Ensure accurate ERP/POS transactions, financial discipline and timely reporting to Management.
Customer Base & Community Network Development: Build and expand the branch's customer base through community engagement, customer referrals, social media groups, corporate connections and local business networks. Develop long-term relationships with existing customers, community leaders and business partners to generate sales leads, increase repeat purchases and strengthen branch growth.
