Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering Background preferably with MBA from a reputed University with good academic records. Educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates having extensive exposure to Bus Assembling.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for planning and setting up a Bus Assembling Plant
∎ Manage overall operational activities of Bus Assembling Plant
∎ To plan, coordinate and follow up the work activities of the Chassis Manufacturer(s)
∎ Assist in selection of suitable chassis for BD market
∎ Sourcing of necessary machines and materials required for Bus Assembling
∎ Meet monthly / yearly production targets as per business requirements
∎ Preparing budget and implementing plans as needed
∎ Develop an efficient and effective assembling team to ensure optimum productivity
∎ Provide timely feedback to management regarding future development and projection
∎ Communicate with the principal(s) for smooth business operations
∎ Be responsible for product development for sustainable business growth
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have at least 5 years experience at managerial level in a renowned bus assembling company
∎ Good knowledge on Factory Management and Production
∎ Excellent analytical, planning and interpersonal communication skills
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
∎ Capable to work under extensive pressure meeting deadlines
Salary: Negotiable
