Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing overall guidance and oversight to Financial Management of the entire Company;
∎ Ability to prepare Company Project Loan Profile.
∎ Providing leadership, direction, and management of the Finance and Accounting team;
∎ Coordinating with Chairman and Managing Director for financial management, reporting, and decision making;
∎ Reviewing availability of skills in the Finance team and recommend changes as appropriate;
∎ Preparing strategic financial management plan.
