∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ CACC, ACCA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The role is accountable for maintaining good financial health of the organization, implement appropriate internal controls and risk management strategies and carry out treasury management operations in order to develop and execute short and long term financial strategies within organizational guidelines and statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate development of annual budget across business to form organizational budget and objectives.
∎ Drive the company’s financial planning.
∎ Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
∎ Connect with banks and other financial institutions to seek maximum leverage for the organization.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
∎ Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
∎ Manage vendor relationships
∎ Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
∎ Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
∎ Co-Ordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, MIS Head on financial aspects.
∎ Endorse required financial related matters in ERP system.
∎ Ensure and solve all audit Tax Vat issues of the company.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
