  • Experience in reputed English Medium institutions, with leadership experience as Principal/Vice Principal.

  • Strong Administrative Skills

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)



Responsibilities & Context:

Academic Leadership

  • Supervise and monitor the implementation of the Edexcel curriculum across all sections.

  • Ensure high-quality teaching practices and academic performance.

  • Lead academic planning, assessments, and continuous evaluation processes.

  • Organize teacher trainings, workshops, and curriculum development sessions.

  • Oversee the IGCSE and A-Level exam preparation, registration, and compliance with Pearson Edexcel policies.

Administrative Management

  • Manage daily school operations, including staff allocation, timetables, and resource distribution.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with education boards and relevant authorities.

  • Maintain discipline, order, and positive school culture.

  • Oversee admissions procedures, parent communication, and school events.

  • Prepare and implement school policies, SOPs, and annual development plans.

Staff Supervision & Development

  • Guide, mentor, and monitor teachers and non-academic staff.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend professional development.

  • Promote teamwork and ensure smooth coordination among departments.

Student Affairs

  • Ensure student safety, discipline, and emotional well-being.

  • Monitor student academic progress and implement support strategies where needed.

  • Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain effective communication with parents, governing bodies, and external stakeholders.

  • Represent the school in official meetings, academic seminars, and community events.

  • Build strong school–community relationships.
