∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for local medical strategy and planning of Sandoz, focusing on building Sandoz brands, winning trust from customers/partners, and exploring new way for Sandoz's generics & biosimilars to expand market share and increase access to Bangladesh patients.
∎ Participate in gathering clinical insights/needs/feedbacks from KOLs/customers in country and communicate to internal partners including marketing and Global Development teams.
∎ Collaborate with country marketing colleagues to help develop brand messages aligned with global strategy and good medical practices
∎ Participate in creating, reviewing, and approving promotional and non-promotional materials tailored to the needs of the product and according to P3 and local regulations.
∎ Execute all medical initiatives/activities leveraging the Omni-channels (Digital & F2F) platforms to maximize the customer reach and impact.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-10 years experience in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs activities.
∎ Thorough understanding of pharma medical strategy, business and dynamics.
∎ Expertise/Skills in Digital interactions/content creation to adapt the new normal world.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ High integrity and ethical standards.
∎ Willing to travel extensively throughout the country
