∎ A passion for delivering excellent customer service in a luxury setting.
∎ Knowledge of grooming services and products is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.o             Provide detailed information about grooming services, memberships, and luxury products.
∎ Assist clients in scheduling appointments, ensuring they are matched with the appropriate service providers.
∎ Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
∎ Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout their visit, offering personalized services where possible.
∎ Continuously follow up with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
∎ Manage appointment bookings and the daily schedule for the grooming team.
∎ Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, ensuring seamless future visits.
∎ Proactively promote premium grooming products and services, making personalized recommendations based on client needs.
∎ Upsell and cross-sell services such as haircuts, shaves, and bespoke grooming packages.
∎ Educate guests on the benefits of exclusive grooming products, including skincare, hair care, and shaving items.
∎ Develop strong relationships with returning clients and ensure they receive VIP treatment during each visit.
∎ Encourage participation in loyalty programs and special offers, promoting guest retention.
∎ Collect and record guest feedback on their experience.
∎ Work with the management team to address any service improvements or guest concerns.
∎ Use feedback to ensure continuous improvement in guest experience.
∎ Ensure that the grooming environment is clean, organized, and aligned with Truefitt & Hill’s luxurious image.
∎ Support inventory management for grooming products and ensure they are available for guests to purchase.
∎ Assist in maintaining high standards of service in all areas, including hygiene, professionalism, and overall presentation.
