Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Civil Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.00;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Project management of Green Buildings;
∎ Checking quality of the equipment's/products and overall implementation under IDCOL Green Building;
∎ Coordinate the testing/validation, commissioning of the suitability of the standard and specification for the selected items in the Green Buildings;
∎ Maintenance of the Green Buildings;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 05 (five) years of experience in managing implementation works of commercial buildings preferably of eco-friendly and energy efficient buildings;
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
∎ Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet analysis.
Salary:
∎ BDT 108,396 + Festival Bonus
