• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of company, Agro, Food & Beverage
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics, animations, and professional-quality videos for various platforms
• Experience in designing both digital and print materials (social media posts, banners, brochures, etc.)
• Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Graphics Design.

• Design visually appealing materials including social media creative, flyers, posters, brochures, banners.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that supports campaigns, events, and awareness programs

• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs

• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers/vendors as required

• Video Editing & Motion Graphics.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, educational content, awareness programs, and internal use

• Collaborate with various departments to conceptualize, script, and execute video projects.

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.

• Optimize videos for various platforms including social media, website, and internal presentations.

• Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient archiving and retrieval.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design and video production.
