Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Graphic Design mentor experience is a plus point.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design digital media content like social media post, banners, blog images, adds, etc.
Generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional activities through digital media.
Have the technical skills to review and ensure that all files are either print-ready or optimized for web.
Ensure that quality/resolution of photographs/images, color mode and size of the file for implementation are correct.
Solid and neat knowledge about social media posts, banners, and other photo sizing resolutions.
Design and Development: Creating visual concepts, layouts, and designs for various applications like advertisements, brochures, logos, and reports.
Software Proficiency: Utilizing design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator along with other relevant tools.
Collaboration: Working with clients and other designers to understand design requirements, provide feedback, and ensure designs align with clients guidelines.
Iteration and Revision: Incorporating feedback, making revisions, and ensuring designs meet the client`s needs and project objectives.
Communication: Communicating design ideas, explaining design choices, and presenting rough drafts to clients.
Technical Skills: Understanding typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals.
Time Management: Meeting deadlines, and staying within budget constraints.
Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design.
Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving design issues, and finding innovative solutions to design briefs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
