- ভ্রমণ ও হজ-ওমরাহ বিষয়ক ডিজাইনে আগ্রহী হলে অগ্রাধিকার
- সৃজনশীল চিন্তাশক্তি ও ডেডলাইন মেইন্টেইন করার সক্ষমতা
- অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার, তবে প্রতিভাবান নতুনদেরও স্বাগতম
