∎ Bachelor of Degree in any Discipline having certification from renowned Graphics Institutions and skills of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe in design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe premiere, Adobe XD, Art & Sketch, creativity and innovation.
∎ Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced designers.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Graphics Designer who will be responsible for driving the creative direction of campaigns by producing attractive and effective designs for our organization`s needs within a variety of different creative programs. As well, they will create and deliver marketing assets to support our various marketing and distribution channels.
∎ Job location: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience on Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Photoshop Light-room Software e.g. CS 6, CC
∎ Have to be an expert on High End Photo retouch, Advance Color correction, Masking, Shadow, Symmetric Neck Joint, Image Stitching or 360 degree panorama Clipping Path etc.
∎ Creating templates and design brochures.
∎ Producing sketches, sample designs and technical support to the clients.
∎ Contemporary market analysis, graphics design & development, and the product developing.
∎ Design and technical support to colleagues
∎ Good working knowledge of Corel Draw, Illustrator, and Photoshop etc.
∎ Conceptualizing New Ideas and Creative Visualization
∎ An excellent understanding of composition, color, form and geometry.
∎ Strong layout, illustration, graphic design, and typography skills
∎ Always ready to learn and understand the importance of each task.
∎ Working closely with other departments to ensure consistency.
∎ Organizing, preparing & modifying different designs for various departments
∎ Animation (GIF and Video)
∎ Developing marketing material corporate identity, logos, websites, brochures, business cards, interactive media, sales presentations etc.
∎ Ongoing development of corporate websites and maintaining social media.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Tender Document Design, EOI Proposal Formatting and Design, Event Management, IT Enabled Service, Design/Printing/Publishing, Software Campaigning.
