Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Graphic Designer having expertise in video editing and motion design. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's visual identity through innovative graphic designs, engaging video content, and dynamic motion graphics that capture the essence of our real estate projects.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, POD, brochures, social media, websites, and other digital platforms that align with our brand identity and real estate offerings.
∎ Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality video content for promotional purposes, including property showcases, client testimonials, and company events.
∎ Motion Design: Develop and implement motion graphics to enhance video content and create engaging animations for marketing campaigns.
∎ Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity across all platforms.
∎ Content Creation: Generate original design concepts and ideas that effectively communicate the company’s real estate projects and vision.
∎ Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and development teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
