Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (Social Media focus preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Skills in Motion Graphics or Video Editing (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro) will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of branding, TikTok content style, and Facebook advertising.
- Exceptional design skills will be considered even without a related degree.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Design creative posts, banners, and ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Develop logos, brochures, ad creatives, and motion graphics following the company’s brand guidelines.
- Create Facebook Boost Ad creatives that generate engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop campaign ideas and visual concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media updates.
- Create visual content for both print and digital media.
