Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced young and self-motivated individual for a senior position, with a knack for technical innovations in software industry, and with their right skills as a Senior Software Engineer.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan 2)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in all IT support and troubleshooting activities related activities.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop and other IT devices (Printer, UPS,
∎ Switch, Router etc.) To the end-users.
∎ Servers, Structured Networking & VPN, and Internet Connectivity.
∎ Maintaining E-Commerce Web Site and Call Center Operations.
∎ MIKRO TIK Router's, Wi-Fi Devices, Network Attached Storage (NAS), Network printers.
∎ IP Based Video Surveillance, Access Control Devices & Attendance-Payroll System.
∎ IP PBX Management, Public Address (PA) System, Video Conferencing Devices, Multimedia Projectors, Scanners, and Online UPS, etc.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, Server System, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Maintaining the Word Press plug-in, bug fixing, and Woo-commerce extensions.
∎ Maintains the Call Center operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems.
∎ Strictly maintain company IT policy including C-TPAT procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as data backups.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
