Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Having Diploma in Graphic Arts or Design or Graduate in any discipline.
∎ Skills Required: Adobe indesign, Creative Design, Graphics Design, Web Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphic Design (Computer Aided)

∎ Has an impressive track record and an outstanding design portfolio
∎ Has worked on the UI/UX of a mobile apps, web based apps and websitesthat has great design
∎ Can coordinate user surveys and deploy data-driven decisions based on findings and analytics tools
∎ Is excited about building an amazing photo and video app and leaving a mark on every industry that is using our photos and videos
∎ Experience as a photographer with an extensive, modern, beautiful portfolio is a MUST!

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You need to design our web and mobile apps to create a user experience that is remarkable, modern, unique and expresses the creativity that is spurred by Trenza Softwares in the world
∎ Good knowledge on Adobe CS Suite, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design.
∎ Good knowledge in CSS2/CSS3, xHTML/HTML5, DIV based development will add advantage!
∎ Good knowledge in Javascript tools like jQuery will add advantage.
∎ Able to Analyze and produce UI Design for Apps, Web based applications and Websites.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Detail oriented
∎ Must have motivation to learn new technology.
∎ Ability to accurately estimate work and follow through on time commitments.
∎ Self motivated and organized.
∎ Co operation with other development team members (e.g. project manager, developers, graphic designers, and quality assurance) in the production to finish projects.
∎ Works well in a team environment.
∎ Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks with a positive attitude as a member of a team.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary assessment twice in a year!
