Understanding of real estate marketing concepts, buyer psychology, and property presentation, Ability to design floor plans, site layouts, and presentation decks, Knowledge of property branding, project launches, and campaign visuals, Experience working with architectural drawings and 3D renders.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design high-quality marketing materials including construction boundary design, flyers, posters, banners, and PROJECT BROCHURES.
Produce visually appealing advertisements for print, outdoor, and digital media.
Maintain brand consistency across all real estate projects and marketing platforms.
Prepare final artwork for print production and digital publishing.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and modern design practices.
Develop property branding materials such as logos, signage, hoardings.
