Educational Requirements:
∎ The Candidate should be B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering From any Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HVAC, Operation & Maintenance, shopping mall
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Shopping mall, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare electrical designs & drawings for electrical installation and relevant works for Shopping Mall Premises.
∎ Design of internal Electrification system, coordination with consultant for Electrical Design, Coordination with DPDC/DESCO/PDB/REB licensing board for power connection (Permanent & Temporary) & Bills.
∎ Responsible for all internal & External Electrical works.
∎ Responsible of Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) work supervision and quality control and Maintenance.
∎ Installation & maintenance Electrical as Generator, Substation, Switch Gear & Protection, Domestic & Plant Electrical Equipment.
∎ Supervised the works of testing, commissioning of HT/LT Switchgear, motors, control panels, auto control measuring system, transformer etc.
∎ Responsible for all types of Electrical & Diesel Generator Trouble Shoots.
∎ Should follow the company and Office management rules and regulation.
∎ Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
∎ Prepares reports, analyses data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
∎ To communicate with the Management timely.

∎ Age at least 45 years

∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning and organizational skills.
∎ ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have Experience in Shopping Mall Operation in Home and Abroad.
