General Manager (GM) – Shukhimart

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager (GM) who can take responsibility for building and scaling the business.

IBA (Institute of Business Administration) or a similar leading business-school background will be an added advantage. Proven experience and practical business results will be highly valued.

Profit-Sharing Opportunity

The selected GM will receive 10% of Shukhimart’s net profit, with no capital investment required.

Your responsibility will be to lead the business, strengthen the brand, increase sales, develop profitable product opportunities, and help transform Shukhimart into a sustainable and profitable company.
