Education:

• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering

• Age At most 30 years
• Only Male

Priority will be given to the northern part of North Bengal.

• Install, commission, operate, and test agricultural machinery and equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

• Provide technical support and maintenance services at customer sites.

• Conduct regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machinery.

• Provide customers with proper training on machine operation, safety, and maintenance.

• Prepare service reports, installation reports, and other technical documentation.

• Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate for timely availability.

• Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding technical issues and solutions.

• Provide technical support to the Sales & Marketing team when required.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure effective after-sales service.

• Ensure proper machine performance, safety, and quality standards.

• Perform other technical duties as assigned by management.
