Responsibilities & Context:
Install, commission, operate, and test agricultural machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Provide technical support and maintenance services at customer sites.
Conduct regular inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of machinery.
Provide customers with proper training on machine operation, safety, and maintenance.
Prepare service reports, installation reports, and other technical documentation.
Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate for timely availability.
Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding technical issues and solutions.
Provide technical support to the Sales & Marketing team when required.
Handle customer complaints and ensure effective after-sales service.
Ensure proper machine performance, safety, and quality standards.
Perform other technical duties as assigned by management.
