Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA/M.Com/M.Sc/MA in any discipline
∎ MBA/Diploma in Supply Chain Management will get priorities
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of professionals and ensure necessary grooming in all aspect.
∎ Review and recommend effective SOPs, policies, and practices applicable for an efficient Supply Chain Management Department.
∎ Maintain necessary liaison with all relevant departments and remain up-to-date of future needs.
∎ Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly or other periodical procurement plans and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Supervise all the activities under concern of SCM and ensure that the requirements are available at site duly on time.
∎ Increase the intensity of good relationships with the clients, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders and grow jointly under defined corporate agreements.
∎ Monitor and evaluate supplier performance in order to create a panel of respectable suppliers for the future.
∎ Identify scopes for cost effective supply chain management and keep efficiency records / reports for management review.
∎ Carry out all other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 15 years (out of which minimum 10 years as Head of Department)
∎ Experience in Construction companies or real estate will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
