Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M Com) / MBA in any discipline from reputed university with excellent computer knowledge.
∎ Professional Degree SCM Courses will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Documentation, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistic, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have strong acumen & leadership capacity to lead, guide & manage a large professional commercial team.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in export, international business, Trading, Custom clearing & forwarding related matters.
∎ Should have hands on experience in negotiations to finalize settle various issues related to customs/Bank/Export /LC/Freight Forwarding/ C&F/ Supply Chain etc. of Commercial department of the company.
∎ Handle, liaison and coordinate various government authority for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures.
∎ Oversee, Check & control PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services.
∎ Ensure shipping documents are submitted/delivered to respective custom stations on time;
∎ Speed up export clearance & documentation through effective communication & monitoring.
∎ Establish standard procedures for quotations against specific freight forwarder and prepare comparative statement for specific exportable items.
∎ Preparing and finalizing of all export documents as per buyer's requirement and follow up export independently for various buyers.
∎ Ensure all export documents are prepared timely.
∎ Ensure renewal of all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities are done timely.
∎ Coordinate, Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and others organization related to export and import documentation.
∎ Follow up Export payment and report to management, and ensure that there are no delay payments.
∎ Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Ensure yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Must be experienced in Export -Import and Banking.
∎ Ensure handing over relevant documents to Operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 year(s) in same position.
∎ Should have experience in largest Group of Companies.
∎ The candidate should have a long background of RMG sector with adequate experience in Commercial administration.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, HS Code, and Inco terms.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge in Industry Policy, Import Policy & Export Policy, Customs laws, Bond rules etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge on online booking, preparation and documents submission.
∎ Should be a good team leader.
