Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage all activities related to construction work. Plan and develop new business opportunities as required by the management.
∎ Complete project technical studies and prepare cost estimation according to project budget.
∎ Manage compliance and quality standards for construction work as per customer’s demand.
∎ Arrange and manage the work forces to work in a discipline manner.
∎ Supervise tools, materials, and equipment for ensuring that, the projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within the budget.
∎ Initiate action plan to identify potential market along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Developing and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals fixed by the management.
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the management.
