∎ Must have experience in the relevant field (Training & Development & Academy Training)
∎ Proven track record of managing and growing an educational or training institution.
∎ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
∎ Proven experience in conducting Govt. training and ability to transfer knowledge in the field of ICT.
∎ Must have experience in the relevant field (Training & Development & Academy Training)
∎ Proven track record of managing and growing an educational or training institution.
∎ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
∎ Proven experience in conducting Govt. training and ability to transfer knowledge in the field of ICT.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the Academies strategic plan to achieve growth and enhance market presence.
∎ Identify emerging trends in the IT industry and integrate them into the Academy’s training programs.
∎ Prepare a yearly training plan including the courses offered by the Academy & implement the plan in a strategic way.
∎ Establish effective liaison with Polytechnics & Universities to increase the business growth academy.
∎ Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships and confidentiality.
∎ Supervising the counseling part of the academy along with proper management of this part.
∎ Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher management.
