Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical or Power/SSC or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate Generator and sub-station and supply power to the plant.
∎ Follow safety instructions and correct procedures in operating generator sets in maximum efficiency.
∎ Check, monitor and record all activities of sub-station area as per ISO log sheets.
∎ Ensure all safety equipment’s working in good condition and Generators sets, Transformer and HT, LT switch gear and AVR are in good running condition and follow safety SOP.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of air compressor, DM plant, Fire System and Pump house.
∎ Keep generator room and sub-station area clean to avoid any hazards.
∎ Implement required maintenance activities in accordance with preventive maintenance checklists.
∎ Check spare parts of machineries and equipment and withdraw necessary arts from plant stores.
∎ Check level of diesel and lube oil used in operation and maintain proper documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Working experience preferably in a reputed paper & hygiene or FMCG industry in Diesel Generator operation and maintenance.
∎ Sound knowledge on operation and maintenance of sub-station & diesel generator. Knowledge on Water treatment plant, Air compressor operation will be an added advantage.
∎ Requirements may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

Salary: Negotiable
